Unlimited necessary meetings with client & vendors, via phone, email, in person and  virtual meetings. 

Coordination and management of all scheduled meetings (conference calls, in person and virtual) with client and participating vendors as needed

Personalized design board creation to lend inspiration as a starting point for all design aspects of the celebration. 2 initial design boards will be provided within this investment. 

Overall assistance and guidance with branding the event, including curation of save the dates, invitations, design and creation of all branded collateral, printed material and signage pertaining to the event as well as management of invitation mailings 

Complete and comprehensive design execution including presentation of final design, floor plan, layout and costs 

Expert vendor referrals and complete vendor management - including, but not limited to; Venue, Band/DJ Group, Caterer, Décor, Rentals, Linens, Floral Design, Staging, Lighting, Novelty and Experiential Entertainment, Photographer, Videographer, Invitations / Save the Dates, Hair and Make Up and more! 

Curation and management of all necessary event rentals (tables, chairs, linens, furniture, dishware, glassware, flatware, charger plates, dance floor, scenic décor, etc.) 

Complete Food & Beverage Coordination, including menu and beverage creation and collaboration 

Coordination of all travel / lodging that may be required for any out of state vendors hired by Wild at Heart Co. 

Complete management and organization of all vendor contracts and contract details 

Management of all required payments and deposits 

 Setting and keeping track of the budget based on clients’ expectation and desired budget *Please note, minimum total event budgets may be applicable 

Creation and collaboration on Run of Show and complete Master Event Production Schedule for the event day, to be shared and distributed to all applicable event vendors

Coordination of load-in, call times and breakdown schedules, to be shared and confirmed with all applicable event vendors and client property managers via Master Event Production Schedule 

Transportation coordination for event guests and hosts as needed 

Assistance with brainstorming and securing event novelty giveaways / favors 

Two individuals from Wild at Heart Co. on site for set up and event execution, as well as full vendor team presence. 

Should you be interested in submitting the event photos for publication, we will oversee the curation of images so that the gallery perfectly portrays the narrative and beauty of the event.

 

Investment begins at $15,500.00

DESIGN PARTNERSHIP

Coordination and management of all scheduled design related meetings (conference calls, in person and virtual) with client and participating design vendors as needed

Personalized design board creation to lend inspiration as a starting point for all design aspects of the celebration. Up to 2 design boards will be provided within this investment. 

Overall assistance and guidance with branding the event, including curation of  save the dates and invitations, design and creation of all branded collateral, printed material and all signage pertaining to the event as well as management of invitation mailings 

Complete and comprehensive design execution including presentation of final floral design, floor plan, layout and costs 

Curation and management of all necessary event rentals (tables, chairs, linens, furniture, dishware, glassware, flatware, charger plates, dance floor, scenic décor, etc.) 

Complete management and organization of all design related vendor contracts and contract details 

Management of all required payments and deposits for design vendors secured by Wild at Heart Co.  

 Setting and keeping track of the decor budget based on clients’ expectation and desired budget *Please note, minimum total event budgets may be applicable

Wild at Heart Co. will be present to oversee design installation
